Our two holiday lets, Bell Island Cottage and 2 Laverick Steps, are in an ideal location, situated on the East side of Whitby along the harbour on Church Street. Both command wonderful views over the River Esk and marina, as well as being close to shops, bars, restaurants. They can be booked together to sleep 6.

Bell Island Cottage is spread over three floors and is accessed at street level. The open plan lounge/kitchen is floored with natural slate and features leather sofas and a large oak dining table. The ground floor also houses the bathroom whilst on the first floor there is a double bedroom with a twin on the second floor. The cottage is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.

For your entertainment, an LCD TV with Freeview channels and integrated DVD/CD player are provided. The property has Wifi. We also provide a selection of games and books. Basic essentials such as toilet/kitchen roll, washing up liquid and tea bags are also provided. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request.
