The cottages are situated just outside the town at the side of the A171 and is handy for the North York Moors National Park, which offers walking, cycling, birdwatching or simply enjoying the great outdoors and is only a short journey to the North York Moors steam railway.

The farm boasts a spectacular sea view overlooking Whitby and its famous Abbey.
