If you are looking for a quite, idyllic, peaceful setting for your caravan holiday, with cleanliness and comfort as one of my top priorities, with value for money, then you have found it.

This is a small caravan site (licensed for five static caravans), family run, so we offer you a personal and friendly service. The site is set in the delightful countryside within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

Whether you are looking for a quite relaxing holiday, or exciting and energetic-you choose, but we do know you will enjoy it. Each caravan has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin-bedded) with a double ‘pull out’ bed in the lounge area. Please note the caravans do have some steps leading into the caravan.

Each caravan is very well equipped including - all duvets, pillows, blankets, bed linen, bedding and towels are included in the hire price. Shower room, with toilet and hand basin.

The kitchen is fitted out with kitchen units, including a calor gas full sized oven, with 4 rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge with icebox. Matching crockery, cutlery, pans, kitchen utensils etc, etc for 6 persons. Vacuum cleaner. Remote control, colour T.V.with free Sat. DVD. CD/Radio/Tape player.

There is ample seating in the lounge area, with storage space under, with a calor gas fire for any chilly nights. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, with coat hangers, and other units for extra storage. Garden table and chairs for your alfresco eating. Rotary clothes line.

Parking for your vehicle is along side the caravan, (subject to the weather conditions, otherwise it could be in one of our garages adjacent to the caravan site).

There is a folder containing information of local attractions for you to help you plan your stay with us. All the bedroom beds are made up for your arrival.

You will find the caravan site at the end of Howlgate Lane, which is a leafy, single track road, and a cul-de-sac, making the caravan site very peaceful.

I provide a welcome tray, with tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk in the fridge. I try to provide everything that you will need, to help you have an enjoyable stay with us.
