Bell Island Cottages
Our two holiday lets, Bell Island Cottage and 2 Laverick Steps, are in an ideal location, situated on the East side of Whitby along the harbour on Church Street. Both command wonderful views over the River Esk and marina, as well as being close to shops, bars, restaurants.
Bell Island Cottage is spread over three floors and is accessed at street level. The open plan lounge/kitchen is floored with natural slate and features tub leather sofas and a large Mexican pine table. The ground floor also houses the bathroom whilst on the first floor there is a double bedroom with a twin on the second floor. The cottage is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.
Laverick Steps is a one bedroom character cottage, perfect for 2 people or couples with baby. This property is set over three floors with cosy kitchen, stunning marble bathroom and light and airy double bedroom on the top floor where you can admire the ever changing views of the harbour.
A complementary welcome pack awaits your arrival. For your entertainment, a 19' LCD TV with Freeview channels, iPod, DVD and CD player is provided in each property as well as a selection of games and books. Basic essentials such as toilet/kitchen roll, washing up liquid and tea bags are also provided. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request.
