We would like to welcome you to this delightful newly refurbished 1st floor apartment in Hildegard House, a prominent Grade II listed building situated in Skinner Street between the West Cliff and the town centre.
This well equipped 2 bedroomed, centrally heated apartment offers first class accommodation for families and couples. There is large double bedroom with extra fold up single bed and a second bedroom with a choice of double or two single beds. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge. The large lounge / dining area with a bay window is perfect for watching the world go by in this fascinating street with its array of shops and cafes. Within a few yards are a pub, off licence, newsagent , restaurants, fish and chip shop and cycle hire – what more could anyone want! It is only a few minutes walk to the quayside and bridge or to the West Cliff.
A large well equipped kitchen gives you the choice of dining in or trying out a choice of restaurants and bars. Satellite TV, DVD player and IPOD/CD player are all available for a cosy night in.
It is also an ideal base for walking either along the coast or North York Moors – there are maps and walking books in the apartment but we can also give you some personal recommendations.
On street free unlimited car parking is available within 300 yards.
