The guest house has a relaxed easy going atmosphere with many guests returning time after time testament to our unique style of hospitality. Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life by taking a relaxing break at Holmleigh,an ideal base for exploring Whitby, the spectacular Heritage Coastline and the magnificent North Yorkshire Moors National Park - all of which are literally on our doorstep. and the rich and varied landscape.

Our competitive rates include comfortable clean B&B accommodation,full English breakfasts and parking. ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE. The longer you stay the less you pay as we offer discounted rates on mid week and weekly stays. All rates are inclusive of breakfasts and parking based on two people sharing.

Our 2012 tariff is from £32.50 to £40 per person per night based on two persons sharing either a double or a twin en-suite room. Mid week rates are available from £29pppn between Sundays and Thursdays nights for which stays must be a three night minimum. The midweek rates apply throughout 2012 but please note that Fridays/Saturdays, Bank Holiday, festival and event periods are not included.
