Energy healing workshop at the Whitby holistic health centre, St Hilda's Business Centre,The Ropery.

Introductory workshop for beginners where the participants will receive an explanation of energy healing, a guided attunement to the Gaia-Now energies, exercises on sensing the energy and self treatments, an introduction to the energy system and chakras and learn to give a simple treatment.
