All bedrooms are en-suite and centrally heated, and are located on the first floor level. Room Description: Room 1 Front facing, our largest bedroom, offers a 6ft double bed, a large double wardrobe, colour television with Sky access, radio alarm, hairdryer, with tea and coffee making facilities. Also furnished with two easy armchairs, where you can sit and relax in comfort after a full day’s activity. This accommodation can also be offered as a twin bedded room. A large well appointed en-suite shower room.   Room 2 Front facing bedroom, offers a king-size double bed, a large built in double wardrobe, colour television with Sky access, radio alarm, hairdryer, with tea and coffee making facilities. Also furnished with a two-seater settee, where you can sit and relax after your day's endeavours. A large well appointed walk-in shower room.   Room 3 Rear facing bedroom, offers a double bed, wardrobe, 14" colour television, radio alarm, hairdryer, with tea and coffee making facilities. This accommodation is ideal for an overnight stay, or weekend away from home. This room is also offered as single accommodation for extended bookings. Daily / weekly rate available upon request. En-suite shower room.   Your accommodation is serviced daily, with fresh towels, and hot drinks tray products replenished as required. Breakfast: Is served in our ground floor dining room, at your individual table, between 08-30 and 09-00 daily. To start: various cereals grapefruit, and yoghurts. Fresh toast, Yorkshire tea & percolated coffee are unlimited in supply. Main course: A traditional cooked breakfast is available. We also serve vegetarian options, with local smoked kippers and natural smoked haddock, from our varied table menu.   Extras & Offers. Special diets, special occasion packages, and packed lunches are available if requested upon your booking.
