Well, I know it's a little early, but who's going to WGW in April? I've just decided to go with my friend, so I'm really looking forward to it  !!

Me and my gf are attending the goth weekend in April. It'l be our first visit to the event but as we arent coming to Whitby till August we thought why not 
We arent goth's but are keen to see what all the fuss is about, should be good. |

You'll have a great time, trust me  . I'm not a goth either, but do love some goth clothes. There will be plenty for both of you to see and do .

Thats what we thought Kizzie, we love Whitby and the goth weekend is the perfect excuse to take a trip up
Only staying the Saturday night but im sure it'l be worth it |

How did the Goth weekend go for you Kizzie? I was up on the Saturday and it wasnt as busy as i expected, that was the general feeling about town - not as busy as usual.
Maybe the recession effect, or maybe people are saving themselves for October.
Still thought it was great though, brilliant to experience Whitby on this special weekend. We'l be up again in October.
Something that struck me too is that never once did i see any trouble (which is a rarity on a night out where i come from). Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and in good spirits. |

I had an amazing time at WGW !!!!! I met up with a lot of old friends and met some fantastic new people !! Where did you go on Saturday night then? I started out at the Costume Ball at The Met, but then went over to The Shambles to meet said new friends. We spent the rest of the night up in the church yard and finished the night at The Res . It was an amazing night and I really enjoyed myself, so much so, I didn't get in until 5am !!
