Whitby Hospital Annual Dance

Post by Marra » Wed Jan 12, 2005 12:42 pm

On Friday 7th of January Whitby hospital held thier annual dance at the metropole hotel. There were great preformances by "West-Lives" (A Westlife tribute band) In total there were 147 tickeks sold, The event was co-ordinated by the hospitals porter and former chef Mr Greasby. The evening started at 7:30pm and ended just after midnight, There were many acts including "your the one that i want - grease" also "I want to break free - Queen" and lots more all preformed by the hospital staff.
For the fist time ever the hospital had a doorman to keep track of ticket holders and strays looking to help themselves to the splended bufet. Overall the evenig was a sucsess, Look out for the pictures and a write up in this weeks whitby gazette.
